The volume thresholds for each promotion are published in the programme terms in force and can be adjusted by the operator, so we do not print figures that may not hold by the time you read this. What is stable is the order of the tier names and the direction of travel.

Comp points and how position is measured

Comp points accumulate automatically from real-money stakes — nothing to press, nothing to miss. Because the basis is volume rather than outcome, a losing week adds to your comp points exactly as a winning one does. Tiers are re-evaluated periodically, so consistency across several months counts for more than one explosive week followed by silence.

VIP cashback and a rebate that climbs

The most measurable benefit of moving up is the return percentage. The Isototo base rebate is 0.5% on slots and 0.3% on live tables, and higher tiers lift that figure according to the programme terms. Beside it runs VIP cashback, the weekly cashback with a percentage that rises by tier — the basis stays the previous week's net loss, credited every Monday at 12.00 WIB with the Rp 3,000,000 cap in place.

Note that increases apply forward, not retroactively. Volume already recorded is paid at whatever rate your tier carried at the time.

The personal manager and payout priority

At the upper tiers Isototo assigns a personal manager as a dedicated contact outside the general queue. The function is practical: chasing a stalled withdrawal, passing on tailored offers, and cutting the back-and-forth of ordinary tickets. Bear in mind that priority speeds up the approval queue, not the network — e-wallet payouts still take 15-45 minutes after approval, bank transfers 2-4 hours during banking hours of 08.00-20.00 WIB, crypto 1-6 hours.

A personal manager also changes no bonus rules. The Rp 50,000 stake cap, the 14-day deadline and the one-active-bonus rule apply identically from Perunggu to Berlian.

Why a tier is not worth chasing

Every loyalty programme is designed to encourage volume, and that is not a secret. The rebate difference between tiers is almost always far smaller than the extra volume needed to earn it, which means deliberately climbing costs more than the improved return pays back. The arithmetic never favours it.

The healthy stance: treat a tier as a record of what you have already done, never as a target.
