How to withdraw at Isototo

The 08.00-20.00 WIB window, and life outside it
Internal approval runs at any hour, including at three in the morning. What follows the clock is the journey after approval. A bank payout approved at 09.30 lands before lunch. One approved at 22.15 waits for the next working day and normally arrives before noon. Weekends and public holidays count the same way. The wallet rails ignore the window entirely: a payout requested at 02.00 clears in the same 15 to 45 minutes as one requested at 14.00.
Three free requests a day
The daily allowance is per account rather than per method: three withdrawal requests a day are processed without an additional queue. A fourth is still accepted, but the cashier may hold it until the next day's allowance opens. In ledger terms, cashing out once for the full amount is always tidier than producing five small lines that each have to be reconciled separately.
Rp 25,000,000 per request, Rp 75,000,000 per day
The two caps stack. A single request stops at Rp 25,000,000; a calendar day stops at Rp 75,000,000. A Rp 60,000,000 win therefore leaves in three requests on the same day, and all three still fit inside the free allowance. Anything above the daily cap continues automatically the next day without a new submission.
Verification once, then never again
The first payout is released after KYC completes: an ID document plus one selfie holding it, normally reviewed inside 24 hours. For that first cashout, allow up to 48 hours from submission. After it clears, the gate never appears again. The name on the destination wallet or bank account must be identical to the account holder's — the single most common reason a payout stalls, and the only one you can eliminate entirely before you ever play.

A Rp 150,000 payout to DANA is requested at 21.14 WIB, approved at 21.22, and the wallet notification arrives at 21.39 — twenty-five minutes, outside any banking window. The same request to a bank account tells a different story: approved that night, dispatched the next morning, credited before midday. Two lines, two reasonable timings, and no fee deducted on either.
If a withdrawal is stuck
A request that sits in processing is almost always waiting on one of three things: an incomplete verification file, unfinished bonus wagering, or a destination name that does not match. Check those first. If all three are clean and the stated window has passed, live chat can trace it by the request reference — the first reply usually lands in about three minutes, whatever the hour.
